Mr. Abhishek Rastogi joined Shapoorji Pallonji Investment Advisors in May 2015. He has over 8 years of experience in Indian real estate, having worked across the transaction cycle. 

At SPIAPL, his key responsibilities include cashflow modelling, investment analysis and including working with multiple agencies for due diligence reports, deal documentation, monitoring of leasing and facility management activities and fund reporting. 

Before joining SPIAPL, Abhishek worked with Kautilya Finance Ltd, where he was involved with debt funding and portfolio management for residential projects. He has also been involved with the investment banking team at Moody's Analytics and UBS, where he worked with major bulge bracket investment banking firms on pitch books and transaction analysis.  

Abhishek holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. 

He has cleared all three levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) exam conducted by the CFA Institute
