Mr. Jair D’Souza joined Shapoorji Pallonji Investment Advisors in August 2015 and has over 24 plus years of varied service delivery experience across real estate, IT Enabled Services and manufacturing industries.
 
His responsibilities at SPIAPL include overseeing the teams responsible for leasing of office and attendant retail space as well as leading the sustainability initiatives across the properties being managed by the asset management team.
 
Prior to joining Shapoorji Pallonji Investment Advisors, Jair was part of Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate where he successfully leased IT office spaces across various micro markets to prestigious clients like The World Bank, Ford, Accenture, Amazon, IBM and many other leading institutions. Jair has also held leadership positions across multiple organisations before joining the Shapoorji Pallonji Group.

Jair has a Bachelors degree in Physics from Kuwait University.
