Col. Sanjay Bhardwaj joined Shapoorji Pallonji Investment Advisors in June 2020. An Army veteran with career span of over 30 years, 21 years with the Indian Army and more than 12 years in Real Estate industry. Col Sanjay brings along knowledge of all facets of corporate real estate which includes operations management, leasing, project management, cross functional coordination, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Col Sanjay started his career with Vatika Ltd at Gurgaon as Head of facilities management, wherein he managed six commercial and two residential assets of the company located at Gurgaon and Jaipur. Prior to joining SPIA, he was part of Tishman Speyer (India) Pvt. Ltd. and was responsible for property management operations. He was instrumental in setting up property management operations at WaveRock, Hyderabad where he set market benchmarks in asset management and tenant relationship management. Under his guidance, WaveRock became first IT SEZ in Hyderabad to receive IGBC Platinum rating for operations & Maintenance.

Col Sanjay holds a postgraduate degree in Commerce in addition to a Business management degree from Management Development Institute Gurgaon
